APPLICATION & PAYMENT

All vendor applications are reviewed by Divya Jyoti Association Inc.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Approved vendors will receive the applicable vendor fee and payment instructions by email.
Vendor space is confirmed only after approval and payment.

YOUR VENDOR SPACE INCLUDES

Each approved vendor space includes:

One white 10′ × 10′ tent
One table
Two chairs
One electrical outlet

Any additional equipment or supplies needed by the vendor are the vendor’s responsibility.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN

Confirmed vendors will receive setup time, arrival instructions and breakdown information by email before the event.

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS

Food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable NYC health and permitting requirements.

Food offerings for the event must comply with the Motorcade’s approved vendor requirements.

Alcohol and prohibited substances are not permitted.

PERMITS & INSURANCE

Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits required for their operation.

Any additional insurance or Certificate of Insurance requirements applicable to an approved vendor will be communicated during the approval process.

VENDOR RULES

All confirmed vendors must follow Diwali Motorcade setup, breakdown, space-use, safety and event staff instructions.

Join us for the 2026 Diwali Motorcade on Saturday, October 24, in Richmond Hill, Queens. Produced by Divya Jyoti Association Inc. (DJA), this celebration of the Festival of Lights brings people together in the spirit of faith, culture, and community, embracing the light, wisdom, and service at the heart of Diwali.

This is an application for a paid vendor space. DJA will review your application and, if approved, email you the applicable vendor fee and payment link. Submitting an application does not reserve a space. Your booking is confirmed only after DJA approval and receipt of the required payment.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their merchandise, displays, supplies, and any additional items needed for their setup. Setup instructions and a recommended packing list will be included in the approval email.

Vendor Setup Acknowledgment

I understand what DJA provides and that this is a paid vendor opportunity. I understand that submitting this application does not reserve a space and that my booking requires DJA approval and payment.

Vendor Application Terms

All applications are subject to review and approval by Divya Jyoti Association Inc. (DJA). Submitting this application does not reserve or confirm a vendor space.

Approved applicants will receive the applicable vendor fee and payment link by email. Vendor spaces are confirmed only after DJA approval and receipt of the required payment.

Vendors must provide accurate contact information and a complete description of the products or services they intend to offer. Any changes to those offerings must be submitted to DJA for approval.

Vendors must follow DJA’s confirmed setup, breakdown, space-use, and event safety instructions. Arrival details and setup guidance will be provided by email.

Final Registration and No-Refund Policy

All approved vendor registrations are final. Cancellation requests will not be processed. All vendor payments are non-refundable.
